Creating a form

1. Sign in and open My Forms.
2. Create a form and add fields — text, email, number, choice, and more.
3. Mark fields as required where needed and give the form a title.

Sharing & responses

Share the form’s link with anyone — they don’t need an account to fill it in. Submissions are collected against your account, where you can review them.

You can also drop a Form block directly into an App Builder page; its responses show up under the app’s Submissions.
